Over the past year, quartz (or quartzite) stone has seen a massive rise in consumer popularity for the use of home improvement. It is an excellent alternative for natural stones such as granite and marble; and given that it is man-made, is available in almost any design!

This type of stone is great in the kitchen and bathroom. Tiles can be shaped from it as well as complete kitchen worktop surfaces; and having quartz as its base construct, it is extremely durable and incredibly long-lasting.
